We are hiring high performing Outside Sales Representatives (In Home Sales) to join our 7/20, sales training class. This is a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who want to earn $150,000+ using a proven sales system, company-provided leads, and strong operational support.

4 weeks of paid training to set you up for success
Pre-set, high-intent appointments (no cold calling)
Backed by national & regional retail partnerships, generating thousands of appointments monthly across multiple product lines (windows, kitchens, and baths)

As a Direct Seller, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on our home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
Educate customers on remodeling options, features, and value
Build trust, establish rapport, and confidently guide decision-making

Lead Generation:

Work high-intent leads generated by marketing, retail partners, and events

Consultative Selling & Closing:

Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
Close sales agreements and ensure accurate documentation

Requirements:

Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred
Comfortable with commission-based earnings
Confident handling objections and closing deals

Working Conditions

Field-based role with frequent travel to customer homes.
