Construction & Restoration Project Administrator

SC Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Construction & Restoration Project Administrator to support our growing remediation and construction operations. This position is ideal for someone with administrative experience in restoration, remediation, construction, insurance, or property management who wants to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

This is not primarily a receptionist position. While answering phones may be part of the position, the primary focus of this role is supporting projects, project managers, clients, and field operations.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with project documentation and administrative tasks.
Prepare proposals, contracts, work authorizations, change orders, and invoices.
Coordinate scheduling for crews, subcontractors, inspections, and project activities.
Order materials and track deliveries for active projects.
Maintain project files and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
Communicate with customers regarding project schedules, updates, and required information.
Assist with insurance-related documentation and claim support.
Track project progress and provide administrative support to operations management.
Complete special projects and assist with process improvements as needed.

Qualifications

Remediation, restoration, or insurance restoration experience highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required.
Construction administration experience strongly preferred.
Managed community experience is helpful
Experience supporting project managers or construction operations is a plus.
Familiarity with Xactimate is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license required.
