Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as financial/life insurance professionals. Ideal candidates are offered comprehensive training and mentorship on educating the community on money, providing solutions to needs by offering life insurance or debt solutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided to help you develop essential skills and knowledge to excel in this field.

Summary of Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
Maintain accurate records using financial software and customer relationship management tools
Participate in client meetings to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing: generate & attract clients through our proprietary training, networking, referrals, and outreach (note: WE DON'T BUY LEADS AND WE DON'T COLD CALL). Execute and develop new marketing strategies to generate new business.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to asses financial/insurance needs and provide recommendations on coverage options
Policy Management: Prepare and present insurance proposals, explain policy features, and assist clients with policy selection
Customer Service: Provide continual support to clients, including assistance with claims, policy changes, and renewals
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company regulations and industry standards
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation
Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations to enhance your knowledge and effectiveness. A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring. A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development in the insurance field.

Qualifications

High school diploma and equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
No prior experience in finance or insurance is required; just be open to mentorship and learning something new
Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one). Our team provides the education and resources to attain your license. This can normally be done in 1-2 weeks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
