Title: Facilities & IT Coordinator

Supervisory Duties: None
Compensation: $30 to start
Schedule: Flexibility 32 – 40 hours, between 7 am and 5 pm
Location: 1075 SW Cedarwood St., McMinnville, OR 97128
Travel & Transportation: Reliable transportation is mandatory for this position
Focus Areas: The Network and Facilities Coordinator's primary responsibility is to oversee day-to-day operations, including minor repairs, maintenance, and network upkeep, emphasizing their critical role in organizational stability and network security.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordination and oversight of maintenance and security, including network, building, and other securities
· Implement programs that ensure our facility and equipment are in proper working order
· Troubleshoot all IT hardware and software concerns for JH staff and assist users with network-related problems and provide technical support
· Maintain fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, cameras, and other safety and security systems
· Monitor network capacity and plan for expansion as needed to support organizational growth
· Handle facility service contracts, memberships, and maintenance refills
· Plan and execute hardware and software upgrades to ensure compatibility and security
· Schedule and oversee routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of building infrastructure, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential components
· Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
· Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs
· Evaluate and determine organizational needs involving equipment and software for the computer network, phone system, building alarm and security, interview recording equipment, and clinical cortex flow
· Provide routine maintenance
· Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, hardware, and software
· Perform regular duties relating to waste disposal, grounds upkeep, building security, etc.
· Implement and maintain network backup and disaster recovery procedures
· Ensure data integrity and quick recovery in the event of a network failure
· Collaborate with vendors to procure network equipment and services
· Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their network requirements and provide solutions
· Asset Management
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
· General maintenance and mechanical skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a team
· Prior experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role
· Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Commitment to cultural sensitivity, diversity, and the mission of child abuse prevention
· Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
· Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Tactful and diplomatic interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English; writing, reading, and speaking required
· Excellent written skills
· An AA or AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
