Full Job Description

Purchasing Coordinator

Description

Successful international company is seeking to fill an Logistics Coordinator role in Omaha, NE.

For over 35 years, William-MacRae has been involved in international trade supplying component products throughout the United States. This role will support existing operations and contribute to the development of new processes and reports.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, solid Excel skills, be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

This is a hybrid office role, offering four days per week in office and one day per week remote. This position includes a bonus incentive and profit sharing, in addition to the Benefits listed below.

Responsibilities

Obtain factory quotes
Create product drawings
Create detailed purchase and sales orders, as directed from the Sales department or customer purchase order
Prepare inventory schedules
Data analysis and quarterly inventory reconciliation
Assist with special projects and ad hoc reports as requested

Qualifications

Prior relevant experience in an office setting desired
2- or 4-year college degree is preferred, but not mandatory
Strong aptitude for Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and/or BI tools
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well organized, solutions oriented, strong attention to detail, and team player
Prior Fishbowl experience is a plus
Prior Quickbooks experience is a plus
