Company Overview
Paws4ever is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to fostering lifelong bonds between pets and people through adoption, training, education, and care. We partner primarily with county shelters to rescue and care for animals in need.
Our Vision: A world in which pets and people thrive together.
Our Mission: Paws4ever is dedicated to creating and growing lifetime relationships between pets and people through adoption, training, education & care.
Our Programs and Services:
Our community benefits from our comprehensive services, including:
- Adoption Center: Our Adoption Center rescues cats and dogs from local county shelters and provides them with quality care in our Adoption Center for as long as it takes to find their forever homes.
- Dog Training Program: Our Dog Training Program uses science-based, positive reinforcement methods to help community members and their dogs achieve their training goals.
- Legacy Care Program: Our Legacy Care Program provides a loving home for members’ pets if they outlive their owner(s)
- Community Pet Support Program: Program that supports community members in time of need so they can keep their pets. This program currently has 4 pillars:
- Resale Store: The ReSale Store is a thrift store where community members can shop for furniture, pet supplies, collectibles, antiques, kitchen supplies, home decor, jewelry, toys, games, books, and much more. Proceeds from the ReSale Store support Paws4ever’s work.
- Facilities Rentals: We rent our facilities to raise additional funds so that we can rescue more animals. Our facilities include a cottage with a full-time tenant, our learning center with three large and fully matted indoor rooms (one of those rooms has a variety of competition agility equipment that comes with the rental), restrooms, a kitchen, and a fully fenced outdoor field.
- Dog Park and Nature Trails: A 3-acre membership-based Dog Park and half mile Nature Trail where dogs can run, walk, and socialize.
