What We Do
We provide professional mobile detailing services at customers' homes, businesses and other locations throughout York and surrounding areas.

About the Position
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable and motivated Mobile Car Detailer to join our team.
No professional detailing experience is required.
We provide paid training and will teach the right person our detailing systems, products, equipment and standards.
This is a hands on job.
You will travel with the detailing team to customer locations and help clean, restore, polish and protect vehicles.
Some days you may be performing regular interior and exterior details.
Other days you may be working on:
- Heavily stained interiors
- Seat and carpet shampooing
- Steam cleaning
- Paint polishing
- Ceramic coating preparation
- Luxury vehicles
- Customer maintenance vehicles
- Specialty detailing projects
Every day can be different.
What a Typical Day Can Include
You may be responsible for:
- Traveling to customers' homes, businesses and job sites
- Driving a company detailing vehicle when approved
- Setting up detailing equipment
- Vacuuming carpets, seats, mats, trunks and cargo areas
- Cleaning dashboards, doors, cupholders and interior surfaces
- Cleaning interior and exterior windows
- Shampooing and extracting carpets and upholstery
- Treating stains and heavily soiled areas
- Steam cleaning interior surfaces
- Washing and drying vehicles
- Cleaning wheels, tires and wheel wells
- Performing paint decontamination
- Assisting with machine polishing
- Preparing vehicles for ceramic coatings and protection products
- Applying protection products under supervision
- Inspecting vehicles before and after services
- Taking required before and after photos
- Reporting existing vehicle damage
- Protecting customers' vehicles and property
- Keeping tools and equipment organized
- Cleaning and maintaining the detailing van
- Restocking products and supplies
- Reporting damaged or missing equipment
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Supporting the Lead Detailer
- Checking your own work before a vehicle is completed

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have an acceptable driving record
- Pass a pre employment drug test
- Be willing to work in a drug free workplace
- Pass required background screening
- Pass a motor vehicle record check
- Have reliable transportation to our meeting location
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Be comfortable working outdoors
- Be physically active throughout the workday
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel and reach for extended periods
- Be able to lift and carry detailing equipment and supplies
- Be comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, tools and machinery
- Be willing to travel throughout York and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Be available for the complete scheduled shift
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the required drug screening, background check and driving record review.
No Experience? That's Okay.
We would rather train someone with the right attitude and work ethic than hire someone experienced who does not fit our team.

Compensation
This position includes:
Percentage based pay + customer tips + bonus opportunities
Starting earnings may average approximately $13 to $20 per hour, depending on the number and type of jobs completed.
As your skills, speed, quality and responsibilities improve, there may be opportunities to earn $25 per hour or more.
Your earning potential can increase as you become capable of handling more advanced services and responsibilities.
