Full Job Description

REMAX One is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

This is a hands-on position supporting the marketing efforts of our growing real estate brokerage, along with our affiliated mortgage and title companies. The ideal candidate enjoys variety and is equally comfortable creating a social media graphic, helping an agent with technology, preparing materials for a training class, or assisting with the setup of a company event.

No two days will look exactly the same. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to the details, enjoys learning new technology, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Content

Assist with marketing initiatives for RE/MAX One and our affiliated mortgage and title companies
Create and customize flyers, presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and management
Help coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and Google Ads
Assist with basic copywriting and content development
Use Canva, AI tools, and other marketing technology to create content and improve efficiency
Track social media, email, and digital marketing analytics to help measure campaign performance
Assist with basic website and online profile updates as needed

Agent Marketing & Technology Support

Help real estate agents get started with company marketing and technology tools
Assist agents with CRM setup, social media, and other RE/MAX One technology platforms
Provide basic one-on-one assistance with marketing tools and resources
Help agents locate and customize company marketing materials

Events & Training

Help coordinate company classes, trainings, Broker's Opens, networking functions, and special events
Prepare training binders, handouts, signage, and other event materials
Set up projectors, screens, microphones, Zoom meetings, and other AV equipment
Assist with registration and on-site event logistics
Help maintain the company training and events calendar
Take photos and short-form video at company events for marketing and social media, as needed

Marketing Materials & Inventory

Coordinate the design, ordering, organization, and distribution of branded promotional items
Maintain inventory of marketing materials, promotional supplies, signage, folders, giveaways, and event materials
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
Deliver materials and assist with event setup at company locations throughout Southern Maryland and occasionally Anne Arundel County

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, events, administrative support, or a related environment preferred
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Canva and social media platforms
Familiarity with AI tools and social media management software is a plus
Comfortable learning new technology and helping others use it
Creative, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with a variety of personalities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between company offices and events
Ability to occasionally lift and transport marketing materials, event supplies, and AV equipment

Who Will Do Well in This Role

You'll probably enjoy this position if you're someone who likes being busy, enjoys both creative and organizational work, and doesn't want to sit behind a desk doing the exact same thing every day.

We're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, jumps in to help, and is excited to learn and grow. Real estate experience is helpful, but it isn't required. We're more interested in finding someone with the right combination of initiative, creativity, organization, and technology skills.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Prince Frederick office. Local travel to other company offices and events is required.
