Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate - Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of managing the sale and disposition of real estate assets, ensuring smooth transactions and maximizing property value. Your expertise in negotiation, marketing, and customer service will drive successful property sales while adhering to fair housing regulations and legal standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in real estate management, sales, and communication within a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. You will be responsible for dispositioning over 100 properties a year! Closers only!

Duties

Lead the marketing and promotion of property listings through various channels to attract potential buyers and investors
Negotiate sales terms with prospective buyers, ensuring favorable outcomes while maintaining transparency and professionalism
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to facilitate buyer interest and engagement
Manage all aspects of property disposition, including documentation, legal compliance, and adherence to real estate law
Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless transaction processes
Maintain organized records of property listings, sales activity, and client interactions using administrative tools
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal standards throughout all sales activities
Cold calling and qualifying buyers

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management within the real estate industry
Team member has to be ok with commission based pay with monthly stipend
Experience with whatsapp, investorbase, investorfuse and Gohighlevel
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued
Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple transactions simultaneously
Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate or property disposition is preferred
Ability to provide exceptional customer service while adhering to legal standards and company policies
