The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Parts Specialist to work at a company located in the Miami, FL area!

Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:
$22 to $25/HR

Job Description:
Job Summary:
As an experienced Parts Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department. Your duties will include accurately identifying, locating, and retrieving parts, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

Parts Identification and Retrieval:
Accurately identify and locate parts using various reference materials, including parts catalogs and computer systems.
Retrieve parts from inventory shelves, bins, or warehouse storage areas efficiently.
Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their parts needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Offer product knowledge and advice to customers to help them select the correct parts.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and stock rotations.
Report any discrepancies or low-stock items to the Parts Manager.
Help with receiving and stocking new inventory shipments.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Keep the parts warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Maintain a well-organized storage system to ensure easy access to parts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a parts department or related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of forklift parts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management systems.
