Full Job Description

Our client, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking a professional and dependable contract Office Assistant to support daily office operations at their stunning development for a few months. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a small, dedicated team, providing essential administrative support in a dynamic environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Compensation: $22-$24/hr*

Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications

Applicants must be local and willing to commute to the Millis MA area, as this role is onsite 5 days a week. If you are interested in this position and would like to be considered, please submit a copy of your resume today!

Responsibilities

Facilitate day-to-day administrative functions including data entry, document processing, and memo creation
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from tenants and vendors
Maintain organized files, scan invoices, and support work order entries
Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
Manage vendor communications and coordinate with property management teams
Serve as the point of contact for tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently
Support the Property Manager with miscellaneous clerical duties as required

Requirements

1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a small office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus; training can be provided
Exceptional professionalism and solid customer service skills
Dependable, committed, and attentive to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or relevant certification preferred
