The Regional Admissions Manager is responsible for executing enrollment strategies, market
development, brand promotion, and partnership development within assigned recruitment
territories (domestic and/or international). This position serves as a key representative of the
school in the designated region.
The Regional Admissions Manager oversees the planning and implementation of all regional
enrollment initiatives by developing qualified student pipelines, expanding recruitment channels,
cultivating long-term partnerships, enhancing the school's brand presence, and delivering
exceptional admissions services. This role plays a vital part in achieving the school's annual
enrollment goals and supporting sustainable enrollment growth.
In addition, the Regional Admissions Manager actively contributes to enrollment policy
development, market research, brand strategy, and marketing content enhancement, providing
strategic support for Florida Preparatory Academy's overall enrollment objectives and long-term
institutional growth.
Responsibilities
The Regional Admissions and Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall enrollment
operations and market development within the assigned recruitment territory, ensuring
enrollment goals are achieved while continuously strengthening the school's brand presence.
Primary responsibilities include:
● Develop and implement strategic regional enrollment plans and annual recruitment
initiatives; actively cultivate qualified student leads, expand recruitment channels, and
achieve annual enrollment targets.
● Establish, maintain, and expand long-term partnerships with prospective families,
elementary and secondary schools, educational consultants, recruitment agencies,
partner schools, government organizations, and community organizations to increase
Florida Preparatory Academy's visibility and market penetration within the assigned
territory.
● Provide professional, responsive, and student-centered admissions services throughout
the entire enrollment process, including inquiries, campus tours, virtual meetings,
admissions interviews, application review, admissions decisions, enrollment follow-up,
registration, and matriculation, while continuously improving inquiry-to-enrollment
conversion rates.
● Represent Florida Preparatory Academy at domestic and international education fairs,
conferences, school visits, open houses, recruitment presentations, community outreach
events, and other promotional activities to expand recruitment opportunities and strategic
partnerships.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the assigned territory; collect
enrollment data, monitor industry trends, and provide recommendations to support
enrollment strategy, marketing initiatives, and program positioning.
● Assist in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies through social
media management, digital marketing campaigns, virtual information sessions, school
presentations, and community outreach to strengthen Florida Preparatory Academy's
brand recognition and market presence.
● Continuously enhance the school's brand identity and admissions communications by
participating in the planning, development, updating, and innovation of admissions
brochures, marketing collateral, website content, presentations, promotional videos,
social media content, and other marketing materials to ensure consistency,
professionalism, and competitiveness.
● Manage international recruitment initiatives by maintaining relationships with overseas
educational institutions and international recruitment agencies; possess a thorough
understanding of international admissions, visa requirements, and enrollment
procedures while providing professional guidance and support to international families.
● Utilize CRM systems effectively to maintain accurate admissions records, analyze
regional recruitment performance, monitor enrollment funnel metrics, and prepare
regular enrollment reports to support strategic decision-making.
● Collaborate closely with the Admissions Office, Marketing Department, Academic Office,
Student Life, and other administrative departments to enhance enrollment services and
support the school's overall enrollment growth and brand development.
● Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions and actively participate
in major institutional initiatives and enrollment strategy implementation.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher required; degrees in Education, Marketing, Business
- Administration, Communications, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in admissions, education, marketing, sales, customer relationship management, or related fields; previous supervisory or project management experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to independently conduct admissions consultations, public presentations, recruitment events, and business negotiations.
- Strong business development, partnership cultivation, and relationship management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
- Thorough understanding of admissions processes, including student recruitment, application review, admissions decisions, enrollment management, and customer service, with a demonstrated ability to improve enrollment conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Blackbaud, FACTS, Finalsite, or other educational management platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to develop and execute regional recruitment plans effectively.
- Experience in branding and marketing, including digital marketing, social media management, and the development of promotional materials; proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Previous experience in U.S. independent school admissions, international student
- recruitment, educational consulting, or international education is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, or another second language is highly desirable
- Excellent intercultural communication skills, professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine passion for education.
