Property Renovation & Construction (PRC) is a rapidly growing commercial exterior contractor specializing in:

While headquartered in Melbourne, FL the main focus will be in Central Florida but we service the entire state.

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Director to lead our construction operations division and help drive the company's next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven construction executive looking for a career-defining role with significant financial upside and long-term growth potential.

Position Summary

The Field Operations Director will oversee all field operations, project management teams, superintendents, manpower planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, and project execution throughout Florida.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

Leadership

Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Leadership
Develop accountability systems and performance metrics
Conduct weekly operations meetings
Build and maintain a high-performing operations team
Recruit, train, and develop future leaders

Operations Management

Oversee all active construction projects
Manage manpower allocation and resource planning
Review project schedules, budgets, and profitability
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
Ensure quality control and safety compliance

Strategic Growth

Work directly with ownership on growth initiatives
Develop operational systems that support company scaling
Participate in company forecasting and planning
Help position the company for long-term expansion

Financial Performance

Monitor project profitability
Improve operational efficiencies
Track production metrics and KPIs
Maximize project margins
Assist with forecasting and revenue planning

Required Experience

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
Equivalent field experience may be considered
10+ years of commercial construction management experience
Proven experience managing:
Project Managers
Superintendents
Multiple field crews
Subcontractors
Experience overseeing 20–30 active projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of:
Commercial Roofing
Windows & Doors
Storefront Systems
Concrete Restoration
Waterproofing
Stucco & Siding
Building Envelope Construction

Preferred Qualifications

Florida General Contractor License (GC License)
Extensive experience with commercial exterior construction
Multi-division operations leadership experience
Experience managing statewide operations
