Job Opening: Full-Charge Bookkeeper

***THIS IS AN ON-SITE ONLY POSITION***

Location: Cocoa Beach Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Property Management

We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and brings deep expertise in accounting operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable: AP functions including vendor management, invoice processing, and payment scheduling.
Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations across multiple company credit cards with precision and timeliness.
General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and ledgers in accordance with GAAP.
Reporting: Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

✅ Qualifications:

Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Excel.
Must have more than 5 years full charge bookkeeping experience.
