Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm first impression.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management software and Google Workspace tools.
Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and customer databases, including updating client records and filing documents.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and phone etiquette.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management is preferred.
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
