Position Overview

As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a growing organization. This position partners closely with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, cash management, and process improvements. About the Company

A growing, people-first organization with a multi-site operational footprint is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages.
Complete bank and account reconciliations.
Monitor property cash flow and financial performance.
Maintain accurate financial records and journal entries.
Verify documentation and process payments.
Partner with operational teams to answer accounting questions and provide financial support.
Ensure compliance with established accounting procedures and internal controls.
Assist with special projects that support business operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software.
Experience supporting multiple business locations or entities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000–$80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
