Are you a CNC Machinist who takes pride in turning raw materials into razor-sharp perfection? We’re looking for a setup and operator pro to run our client's CNC mills and lathes and help build top-tier components that push engineering limits. If you’ve got sharp attention to detail, a mechanical mind, and pride in clean cuts, let’s build something great together.

salary: $50,000 - $53,040 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and operate CNC mills and lathes based on daily production requirements.
Load programs, adjust tool offsets, perform machine changeovers, and set guides/stops for repeatable accuracy.
Make minor program edits (G-code/M-code) and save accurate revisions as needed.
Monitor live machine runs to spot defects, dimensional shifts, or equipment issues early.
Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and engineering drawings to guide production.
Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and precision measuring tools.
Deburr, deflash, and clean finished parts using powered hand tools.
Perform routine machine PMs, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor component replacements.
Safely operate overhead hoists and cranes to transfer heavy materials and finished goods.
Support light assembly tasks when needed (spot welding, riveting, packaging, and labeling).
Keep a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to company safety protocols.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
