Under limited supervision, develops, modifies, installs, tests, and maintains operating systems software. Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software, executes disaster recovery procedures across technology areas.
Essential Functions

This position will fulfill critical development and development-lead responsibilities for Enterprise Foundation Services.

The primary duty of this role is to develop, test and maintain existing and new solutions supporting customer and address enterprise foundation services. This includes interfacing with Architects, Product Owners, and Product Managers. This role will also be responsible for leading, coordinating, and working together with vendor team members. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating solution designs and leading the team to implement those solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with developers, analysts, and business staff throughout the organization. Ability to express complex technical information in a user-friendly language and style; present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings including executive management.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and/or equivalent formal,
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
Domicile Information
The preferred location for this hybrid position is Memphis, TN. However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week.
