Full Job Description

ABOUT US: Did you know that every nine minutes another person is added to the waiting list for life saving organs? One organ and tissue donor can save up to eight lives, restore sight in two people and enhance the lives of more than seventy-five people! Since 1976, Mid-South Transplant Foundation (MSTF) has helped to facilitate the organ and tissue donation process between donor families and transplant recipients and promotes awareness through public and professional education. The Manager of Quality Assurance and Compliance (MQA) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality assurance activities of the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standard, as it relates to organ and tissue donor records. This position will ensure all processes and systems adhere to both internal and external standards, regulations and best practices, striving for continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications: Degree or certification in health-related field, quality management, business management or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of three years’ experience in quality and regulatory systems. Management experience preferred. MSTF is located in Cordova, TN. Salary range is: $82k - 102k ; based on education and work experience. Work hours are traditional office hours + dictated by workload.
