About Us

Rock Enterprises owns two growing, community-focused brands:

Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized children’s soccer program serving families throughout the Greater Memphis area from Arlington, TN to Hernando, MS.

Pars & Pints is a new Irish bar and golf simulator concept located in Silo Square in Southaven, MS. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow a new brand from the ground up.

Position Summary

This is not a traditional office job.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the go, building relationships, creating content, and representing great brands in the community.

As our Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you’ll spend 70–80% of your workweek in the field, traveling throughout the Greater Memphis area supporting Soccer Shots partner locations while helping grow both Soccer Shots and Pars & Pints.

If you enjoy variety, independence, and no two days being the same, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities Soccer Shots Operations

Visit schools and childcare partners throughout the Greater Memphis area.
Prepare and deliver marketing materials, signage, and program supplies before each season.
Ensure partner locations have everything needed for successful Soccer Shots programs.
Build relationships with school directors and partner contacts.
Assist with preseason logistics and operational support.

Marketing & Community Engagement

Represent Soccer Shots at school marketing events, community events, and partner locations.
Represent Pars & Pints at events and promotional activities.
Coordinate local marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Design flyers, signs, menus, banners, postcards, and other marketing materials.
Build relationships with schools, businesses, and community partners.

Social Media & Content

Manage daily social media for both brands.
Capture photos and videos during classes, events, and partner visits.
Create Reels, graphics, Stories, and promotional content.
Maintain Google Business Profiles and assist with website updates.

Pars & Pints

Help launch and grow a new entertainment destination in Southaven.
Promote leagues, tournaments, themed nights, and special events.
Coordinate tournament logistics and event-day support.
Build relationships with local businesses and sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Marketing, operations, event, or project coordination experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable spending 70–80% of the workweek in the field.
Comfortable driving throughout the Greater Memphis area.
Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and social media.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

Full-time, salaried position
40–50 hours per week
Flexible schedule based on events and partner needs
Some mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends required

This role is primarily field-based, traveling throughout the Greater Memphis area between schools, partner locations, community events, and businesses.

Compensation & Benefits

$40,000 - $42,000 starting salary
$200 monthly gas stipend
10 PTO days after 90 days
