Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The Billing Coordinator will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including billing, and receivables.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Conducts routine data entry management for customer billing.

· Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.

· Distributes accounting reports as directed.

· May assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.

· Basic mathematical skills.

· Good verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Bookkeeping training preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Work Location: In person
