Full Job Description

Join a fast-growing medical manufacturing company in Nesbit, MS as a CNC Lathe Programmer / Setup Machinist, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a major impact in a high-quality, fast-paced precision machining environment. This privately owned, ISO-certified facility has grown over 100% annually for the past three years, recently expanded its manufacturing space, and offers a rare 4-day work week with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Lathe Programmer / Setup Machinist position include:

3+ years of Mastercam programming experience and 5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience
Experience with CNC setup, programming, running parts, turning operations, and training operators
Medical manufacturing experience preferred; ISO 13485 environment exposure is a plus
Program using Mastercam CAD/CAM, G-Code, and M-Code for CNC turning and lathe operations
Set up and operate 2-axis lathes and live-tooling machines with 3rd and 4th axis capabilities
Manage 4-5 machines within the lathe cell while maintaining quality and production standards
Read blueprints, plan machining operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows
Train and mentor operators while supporting leadership responsibilities within the shop

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
