Full Job Description

Artisent Floors is a fast growing, full service flooring company, and we’re looking for the right people to join our team. We work hard, collaborate closely, and find the right solutions to make our clients happy. We provide next day flooring service to the Multi-family industry, serving apartment communities in 22 locations.

We are seeking a receptionist to join our team! We are pursuing qualified applicants for a full-time receptionist at our Memphis headquarters.

Responsibilities:

Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Answer a multi-line phone and direct calls to appropriate person or department
Maintain strong relationships and provide positive experiences with all customers.
Manage adding customers to our sales platform.
Manage daily mail and scanning check payments into system daily.
Order office supplies as necessary.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to customers.
General office duties including typing, filing, distribution of mail and other duties as assigned
Make daily deposit by sorting and scanning checks
Complete Customer creation/updates in the software
Request COI's
Assist with Portal Billing

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields preferred
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
Very effective organizational skills. Can plan, prioritize, organize and accomplish work using effective time management skills
Must have strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Ability to multi-task with a great sense of organization and attention to detail in preparing and entering information
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

Memphis, TN 38114: Relocate before starting work (Required)
