Full Job Description

Face to Face Spa is a luxury medical spa focused on providing exceptional aesthetic treatments and outstanding patient experiences. We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and professional Registered Nurse to join our growing team. Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse Injector and become a vital part of a thriving medical spa dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and boosting confidence. In this energetic role, you will utilize your nursing expertise to administer cosmetic injectables, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your passion for esthetic treatments and commitment to safety will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals in a welcoming, professional environment. Responsibilities

Perform patient consultations and assessments.
Assist with Botox and dermal filler treatments under the Medical Director's supervision (experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
Perform laser treatments after training and certification.
Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare products.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Follow all infection control and OSHA guidelines.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience.
Assist with follow-up care and patient retention.

Qualifications

Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current BLS certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Comfortable learning aesthetic procedures and technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Medical spa or aesthetic experience.
Botox and filler experience.
Laser experience.
IV therapy experience.
Sales or retail experience.
Familiarity with EMR software.

No aesthetic experience? We are willing to train the right RN who is motivated, personable, and eager to build a career in aesthetic medicine.
