Physician Assistant (PA-C) Foot and Ankle | uTOEpia Foot and Ankle, Memphis, TN 38117

uTOEpia Foot and Ankle is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and highly driven Physician Assistant to join our growing and innovative foot and ankle practice. We are a fast-paced, modern podiatric and wound care practice focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes while creating an outstanding patient experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant who enjoys autonomy, procedural medicine, wound care, diabetic limb salvage, surgery-related care, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with foot and ankle conditions
Assist in the treatment of diabetic wounds, ulcers, infections, and limb salvage cases
Perform office-based procedures and treatments
Manage post-operative follow-up care
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
Coordinate care with hospitals, home health, infectious disease, vascular, and primary care providers
Accurately document encounters within the EMR
Educate patients regarding treatment plans and prevention

Qualifications

Physician Assistant license active in Tennessee
Experience in wound care, orthopedics, podiatry, vascular, or surgical specialties preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
EMR experience preferred (ModMed used in the office)
