We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing commercial concrete team in West Tennessee. Whether your experience is in concrete carpentry, flatwork finishing, reinforcing steel installation, or general concrete construction, we want team members who take pride in producing quality work and being part of a winning team.

What You’ll Do
- Perform commercial concrete work including form setting, reinforcing steel installation, concrete placement, finishing, and stripping forms.
- Read and follow project drawings, layout information, and Superintendent direction.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and maintaining an organized jobsite.
- Work closely with fellow crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship while following all company safety policies.
- Help identify and solve field challenges while contributing to a positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in one or more of the following: concrete carpentry, rod busting, concrete finishing, or commercial concrete construction.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
- Ability to follow instructions while taking initiative when appropriate.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
