We are a community-focused insurance agency seeking motivated individuals who are coachable, professional, and ready to grow. Both experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

This opportunity is ideal for community-minded individuals who value flexibility, personal growth, and a supportive team culture while helping families protect what matters most.

Responsibilities include:

Generate and secure new business through available product-specific leads, neighborhood canvassing, and local community outreach.
Helping office staff with customer service requests and retention of accounts.
Work towards renewal income, unbelievable retirement, and agency ownership.

Requirements:

Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and handle challenges professionally
Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must have or be willing and able to obtain a state Life Insurance license
Reliable transportation
Prior sales, customer service, canvassing, or outreach experience is a plus, but not required
No prior insurance experience required — training and mentorship available
