Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries with professionalism, and direct calls appropriately using phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records and files through meticulous filing systems.
Provide front desk support by handling customer service interactions, and supporting customer support initiatives.
Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office and to prepare documents and correspondence.
Support office management activities including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative tasks.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity while maintaining high standards of professionalism in all communications.

Experience

Proven clerical experience with a strong background in office management or administrative support roles.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles that emphasize excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Laboratory experience including high school Chemistry or Biology is a plus
