In our practice, we don't have "patients," we have Guests. We don't have "staff," we have Care Creators.
We believe that Sales is the highest form of Customer Service. It is the act of removing the confusion, fear, and financial hurdles that stand between our guests and the health they deserve. To us, "selling" isn't about persuasion; it is about providing the final piece of the care puzzle so the guest can confidently say "yes" to themselves.
The Role: A Member of the Clinical Trinity
This is a high-touch, integrated role. You are not tucked away in an office; you are an active part of the clinical team. You will work alongside the Doctor and the Dental Hygienist as a unified team during the entire New Guest Exam.
- Side-by-Side Advocacy: You are present with the Doctor and Hygienist for the duration of every New Guest Exam. Because you have prior dental experience, you understand the clinical findings in real-time and can help translate "dentistry" into "health" for our guests.
- The Service of Clarity: You use your clinical knowledge to facilitate co-discovery. You help guests understand the why behind the treatment, ensuring they feel empowered and informed—not overwhelmed.
- Financial Concierge: Right at the chair, you act as the guest’s financial architect. You will navigate complex insurance benefits and present payment pathways with transparency, grace, and dignity.
- Removing Obstacles: You use your expertise to solve problems. Whether the hurdle is a misunderstanding of a procedure or a budget constraint, you provide the customer service necessary to create a stress-free path forward.
- Unified Connection: Because you were there from the first minute of the exam, you build a deep bond of trust. You remain the guest's primary point of contact, ensuring a consistent "Care Creator" experience from diagnosis to completion.
Who You Are
- Dental Expert: You have a firm grasp of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance coding. You can discuss a complex treatment plan with confidence because you’ve seen the clinical side of it.
- Service-Oriented: You find joy in helping others. You see a guest's hesitation as a request for more help, more information, or more options.
- A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, "dancing" in sync with the Doctor and Hygienist to wrap the guest in a 360-degree blanket of support.

Requirements
- Dental Experience (Mandatory): 2+ years of experience in a dental office (Clinical/Assisting or Administrative). You must be comfortable in a clinical environment and familiar with dental software.
- Communication Mastery: You speak with warmth and authority. You believe that "money talks" should be handled with the same care as the clinical treatment itself.
- The "Care Creator" Mindset: You believe that hospitality and high-quality dentistry are inseparable.

As a Treatment Coordinator, your success will be measured by key performance metrics:
- Treatment Acceptance Rate: Percentage of guests who move forward with their prescribed care plan.
- Financial Arrangement Accuracy: Ensuring 100% of guest files have clear, signed financial pathways prior to treatment.
- Guest Retention/Re-appointment: Measured by the number of new guests who schedule their follow-up care per month.
