Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Specialist to help school employees navigate their retirement planning journey. Our company offers a wide variety of insurance services and retirement plans, and our goal is to find the best solutions for each client.

Say goodbye to cold calling and lead generation expenses. We set you up with pre-qualified prospects and pre-scheduled appointments, giving you the time and resources to focus on what truly matters - helping educators plan their retirement.

Our clients are public servants who work in the school district marketplace. You'll have the chance to help educators K-12 and administrative school staff by providing tailored advice on various retirement plans. The public employee sector is huge and presents a unique opportunity to help staff in a way that is both worthwhile and rewarding. Training on State Pension Plans will be provided.

Our clients choose to engage in long-term Financial Planning Relationships, fostering enduring connections. You'll have the opportunity to offer life insurance products or investment advisory services.

Insurance Agent Requirements and Qualifications:

CA Life and Health Licensed (Required)
Series 65/66 license (Preferred)
3+ Years of Financial Services and Insurance Sales Experience
With Annuity Sales Background
Proficient with Technology (Including virtual meeting platforms, insurance software for client transactions, Microsoft Office- PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong Communication Skills
Organized and Self-Motivated

Average Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

All appointments will be done over video conference.

Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position - commission only. Average full-time earnings fall within the listed range. Compensation is based on individual performance and production.
