Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team at our faciliy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their personal fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing customized fitness programs, providing guidance on body mechanics, and ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.

Duties

Conduct individual assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals.
Design personalized training programs tailored to each client's needs.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Provide ongoing motivation, support, and accountability to clients during workouts.
Lead group fitness classes as needed, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to enhance training effectiveness.
Assist with fitness sales by promoting personal training services and packages.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym equipment and training area.

Experience

Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
Strong knowledge of program design, body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology.
Background in physical education or related fields is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
A passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Certification from a recognized organization in personal training or group fitness is required.
