Full Job Description

Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant, a third-generation, family owned and operated restaurant and caterer, located in the heart of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, is looking for a qualified Server to join our family. This position has Full-Time or Part-Time openings for Year Round or Seasonal opportunities.

Job description:
The ideal candidate will be a professional server, able to provide our guests with exceptional service. Servers should be comfortable speaking with guests, working with others as a team, be great multitaskers, and arrive to work organized and prepared for each shift. While previous experience is preferred, we will train motivated and enthusiastic applicants willing to learn! The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and goals as a restaurant.

Requirements:

Year Round position, must still be available past October
Full and Part Time available
Flexible schedule
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Must be 18+

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Providing exceptional service to Hart's guests
Taking Food & Beverage Orders
Serving alcohol, including bottled wines
Learning and using the Aloha POS
Being a great salesperson and anticipating guest needs
Maintaining a clean and inviting area for guests to dine
Maintaining clean, sanitized, and stocked server stations (in the dining room and kitchen areas)
Processing guest payments (Cash handling skills needed)
Daily side work for service to ensure successful shifts
