Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain our metal cutting machines at our new Caldwell facility. You will have the opportunity to operate the latest in technology. Knowledge and experience of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.

Responsibilities

∙ Set up and monitor the machinery used for various types of metal
∙ Follow safety requirements and maintain machinery
∙ Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform cutting tasks
∙ Read and understand part drawing and instructions
∙ Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

Requirements and skills

∙ Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator

∙ Experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and cut sheets

∙ Experience in using electrical or manual tools (press brakes, squares, calipers etc.)

∙ Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)

∙ Knowledge of CNC programming and machine controls

∙ Proficient in English

∙ Familiarity with CAD preferred.

Compensation US$ 25/hour
