Operations & Customer Success Coordinator

About Vertical Aviation Holdings

Vertical Aviation Holdings is the parent company of several aviation-focused businesses, including ModernHawk, a rapidly growing aviation software platform, and Aero Maintenance Pro, an aircraft maintenance organization.

While this position will initially focus on supporting ModernHawk, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple companies as we continue to grow.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and helping build efficient systems that create an exceptional customer experience.

Position Overview

As our Operations & Customer Success Coordinator, you'll work directly with company leadership to support customer onboarding, aircraft data migration, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. You'll help new customers successfully transition to ModernHawk while also supporting the continued growth of the business through marketing, process improvement, and operational support.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation.
Configure new customer accounts within ModernHawk.
Import and organize aircraft maintenance records.
Perform aircraft data migration from existing maintenance tracking systems.
Verify migrated data for completeness and accuracy.
Assist customers during implementation and answer onboarding questions.
Create customer documentation, guides, and training materials.
Coordinate software demonstrations and training sessions.
Assist with marketing campaigns, newsletters, feature announcements, trade shows, and social media content.
Maintain customer records and assist with CRM management.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
Support operational projects across Vertical Aviation Holdings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in customer success, project coordination, marketing, or business operations.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience working with spreadsheets and large amounts of data.
Familiarity with CRM platforms or SaaS software is a plus.
Aviation experience is helpful but not required.
