Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse and logistics team focused on accountability, safety, and results.
Drive daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, job staging, shipping, and on-time deliveries.
Improve processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while reducing errors, shrinkage, and delays.
Oversee fleet operations, warehouse equipment, and facility safety to ensure OSHA compliance and operational readiness.
Monitor key performance metrics and use data to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
Partner with sales, project management, accounting, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.
Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years' proven work experience as a Senior Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Director, Logistics/Distribution Director, or similar role
Able to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
Working knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards
Ability to operate warehouse and inventory software
Personal and professional ethics
Leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
Positive, communicative and motivated to help grow the business
Analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
Organizational skills and ability to respond quickly to a shifting reality
Time management skills and detailed oriented
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
