Full Job Description

Assistant Job Overview
We are seeking a detail- oriented, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to assist in daily operations and ensure the effective functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, including experience with bookeeping and general ledger accounting. This role is essential in ensuring smoorth operations and effective communication within our company.

Responsibilities

Provide administravite support to the accounting department, including bookkeeping.
Assist with account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Maintain the general ledger by entering transactions and verifying data accuracy.
Utilize Quickbooks Desktop for financial record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Prepare financial statements and reports as needed for mangement review.
Handle correspondence and other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications

Proficiency in bookkeeping is a must.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop 5+ years
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
