Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Project Manager on their mechanical side of the business.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of MEP projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project milestones.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager (MEP) should have:

A background in construction or related fields, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively.
Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
