Senior Lawn Care Specialist
Compensation: Starting at $22.50/hour plus production commission
Earning Potential: Top-performing Senior Lawn Specialists can earn $75,000+ annually through hourly pay and production commissions. Commission opportunities include 3% of services performed, with the opportunity to earn 5% when production goals are met.

DreamLawn is growing, and we're looking for experienced lawn care professionals with a minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience who want to take ownership of their work, mentor others, and help drive operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of turf health, lawn applications, and customer service who is ready to serve as a trusted expert for both customers and team members.
As a Senior Lawn Specialist, you will be a field leader responsible for delivering exceptional lawn care services, managing a high-performing route, identifying complex turf issues, and helping ensure quality standards are consistently met across the operation. You will work closely with leadership to improve customer outcomes while supporting the growth and development of newer technicians.
DreamLawn uses patented, cutting-edge lawn care technology powered by natural products that reduce unwanted chemicals and pesticides while helping eliminate weeds and build deep root systems. This same trusted technology is used on turf nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Complete advanced lawn care applications, including fertilizer, weed control, grub control, disease management, and specialty treatments
- Own and manage a daily route while maintaining high production, quality, and customer service standards
- Diagnose lawn health issues and recommend effective treatment solutions
- Serve as a lawn care expert and trusted resource for customers
- Accurately document services, treatment recommendations, and customer interactions in RealGreen
- Provide coaching, guidance, and field support to Lawn Specialists as needed
- Partner with the Lawn Director to identify trends, improve efficiency, and resolve recurring lawn concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively
- Support seasonal services including aeration, overseeding, disease monitoring, and specialty applications
- Represent DreamLawn professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of lawn care, turf management, landscaping, or related green industry experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- State pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain and maintain licensing
- Experience identifying and treating weeds, turf diseases, and insect issues
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing a route and working independently
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and application machinery
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Experience using RealGreen or similar lawn care software is a plus
