Job Summary
The Manager Integrated System Planning (ISP) Analytics will be responsible for managing highly complex or enterprise-wide Integrated System Planning location-centric analytical workstreams consisting of multiple planning domains and large transformational projects that span multiple organizations. This role works across numerous planning, analytical, financial, data organizations and business partners to develop analytical insights across a range of planning scenarios and time horizons. This role is responsible for delivering all project insights, asset plans and enhancements within their portfolio on time and on budget whilst meeting the strategic and business requirements of the organization.
Essential Functions
- Oversees location-centric analytical frameworks, processes and relevant data governance workstreams resulting in robust analytics insights that are aligned with other domains within the integrated system planning ecosystem and other company-wide planning organizations.
- Accountability and ownership for the delivery of a portfolio of location-centric analytical scenarios, insights and asset plans that are consistent with the integrated system planning ecosystem.
- Develop repeatable processes to ensure proper sequencing and integration of large/complex projects within the portfolio and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business.
- Communicates with cross functional planning leadership and senior business leadership to review program strategy, direction and changes.
- Experienced quantifying impacts of risks and issues to scope, schedule, costs as a results of analytical insight and asset plan variations.
- Provides leadership, technical direction, coordination and coaching for analysts and planning leads during their day-to-day management and implementation of integrated system planning analytics & Business projects, programs, activities and processes
- Manages multiple planning service providers selected to participate in assigned projects, including full vendor management procedures
- On time and on budget delivery of a portfolio of complex projects and enhancements.
Financial forecasting and management for a portfolio of work.
Required Qualifications For Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years 10+ years of complex, enterprise-wide forecasting as well as location & network-centric capacity and/or supply chain expansion planning management experience
- 4-6 years leadership experience across analytics, planning, IT and business functions.
- Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work to other members of a team.
- Experienced quantifying impacts of risks and issues to scope, schedule, budget and prioritizing and driving resolution
- Extensive knowledge in location, interconnected network-centric infrastructure capacity planning and analytical modelling
- Must have excellent leadership skills (technical expertise, proven ability to coach, develop and lead a team) and must be able to work with a diverse project team consisting of resources from all parts of the organization (both planning & Business)
- Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders with clarity and precision
Strong financial acumen
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position
- Experience in utility location & network planning in areas such as Transmission & Gas
- Experience in Agile Delivery Approaches
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Upon Hire

Salary Range*:
$133,400.00 - $200,100.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience , as well as internal pay equity .
