Social Media Manager, Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Associate & Sales Management Assistant (Full-Time)
North End Subaru — Lunenburg, MA
North End Subaru is looking for a high-energy, creative, tech-comfortable, and people-first professional to serve as our Social Media Manager, Subaru Love-Encore Delivery Associate, and Sales Management Assistant. A Hybrid role with great exposure to all aspects of the business.
This dynamic position combines three important responsibilities:
- Managing our dealership’s social media presence and creating engaging content
- Delivering an unforgettable Subaru Love-Encore experience for new owners
- Providing dependable administrative and operational support to our Sales Management team
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, creative, comfortable on camera, confident with technology, and able to keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Schedule
- Full-time: 40–44 hours per week
- Five-day work week
- Some evenings, no later than 7:00 p.m.
- Some Saturdays, no later than 5:00 p.m.
- Closed Sundays
Social Media Management
You’ll help bring the North End Subaru brand to life online by showcasing our vehicles, employees, customers, community involvement, and dealership culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across the dealership’s social media channels
- Take photos and record short-form videos featuring vehicles, dealership events, employees, customer deliveries, promotions, and community activities
- Create reels, stories, posts, captions, and other timely dealership content
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and recognizable brand voice
- Monitor comments and messages and help direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department
- Coordinate with Sales Management on featured vehicles, monthly offers, campaigns, and dealership announcements
- Encourage employee participation in social content and help team members feel comfortable on camera
- Capture customer delivery moments when permission is provided
- Track basic engagement and performance metrics and recommend ways to improve results
- Keep content professional, accurate, positive, and consistent with Subaru and dealership guidelines
- Stay current on social media trends and identify appropriate opportunities for the dealership
- Assist with online reputation efforts, including review requests and customer-success stories
Subaru Love-Encore Delivery and Ownership Experience
Subaru Love-Encore is a complimentary follow-up experience in which new owners return for a one-on-one appointment, typically within approximately 14–45 days of purchase. During the appointment, customers can ask questions, learn more about their vehicle’s features, and personalize their settings.
You’ll be the face of this post-sale experience and serve as a calm, confident guide for customers learning about their new Subaru.
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule and conduct Love-Encore follow-up appointments with new Subaru owners
- Provide a personalized vehicle redelivery experience
- Answer ownership questions and demonstrate important vehicle systems and features
- Help customers customize infotainment, Bluetooth, phone pairing, driver-assistance technology, profiles, voice features, and other settings
- Assist customers with technology questions before and after delivery
- Provide support when vehicle-technology questions arise during normal dealership operations
- Coordinate with Sales, BDC, and Service to create a seamless ownership experience
- Document completed appointments and required follow-up activity accurately
- Help strengthen customer satisfaction, loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
Sales Management Assistant
You’ll work closely with the Sales Management team to keep daily operations organized, accurate, and moving forward. This is a hands-on support role for someone who notices details, follows through, and can anticipate what managers need.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist Sales Management with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Gather, organize, and verify information related to sales, appointments, deliveries, inventory, and department performance
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain clean records for deals, deliveries, appointments, and store activity
- Review reports and logs for missing or incomplete information and follow up with the appropriate team members
- Maintain organized Love-Encore, delivery, and customer follow-up records
- Support CRM workflows by updating notes, tasks, customer statuses, appointments, and follow-up activity
- Help managers track open items, deadlines, customer concerns, and employee follow-up commitments
- Prepare meeting materials, performance summaries, schedules, and internal communications
- Assist with calendar coordination, appointment tracking, and department scheduling as needed
- Help organize sales contests, employee recognition, dealership events, and promotional activities
- Communicate professionally with customers, employees, vendors, and other dealership departments
- Handle routine administrative requests so Sales Managers can remain focused on customers, employees, and department performance
- Take ownership of recurring assignments and complete them accurately without constant supervision
- Identify organizational gaps and suggest practical ways to improve processes
- Provide additional administrative and operational assistance as dealership needs arise
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable taking photos, recording videos, and appearing on camera when needed
- Able to explain technology patiently and clearly to customers of all comfort levels
- Highly organized and capable of managing appointments, content deadlines, follow-ups, and reporting
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, CRM platforms, email, and accurate data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and dependable follow-through
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence that represents both Subaru and North End Subaru positively
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple departments
- Reliable availability for a schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Bonus qualifications include:
- Dealership or automotive experience
- Social media, marketing, photography, or video-content experience
- Customer delivery or product-specialist experience
- BDC or CRM experience
- Administrative assistant or management-support experience
- Strong Excel, reporting, or basic data-analysis skills

Compensation and Benefits
