Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling and personalized communication to generate new business opportunities.
Understand client needs thoroughly by conducting detailed consultations and providing tailored service recommendations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems.
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
Support client onboarding processes by explaining product features, pricing options, and service agreements clearly.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests, troubleshoot issues, and enhance overall customer experience.
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

Skills

Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments with a focus on client services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer skills for data entry and analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios to address client concerns proactively.
Knowledge of phone communication best practices, including phone etiquette and outbound calling techniques.
Technical proficiency in using CRM systems or other client management tools is preferred.
