Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver of online vehicle sales, engaging with potential customers through various digital channels to deliver exceptional service and close high-end deals. Your expertise in B2B and B2C sales, combined with your ability to build lasting customer relationships, will help us achieve our sales targets and elevate the customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your automotive industry knowledge, sales skills, and multilingual communication abilities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and online chat to promote vehicle inventory and financing options.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new leads through outbound calls, marketing campaigns, and dealership networks.
Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to recommend suitable vehicles and upsell additional products or services.
Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, trade-ins, financing options, and warranty packages to close deals efficiently.
Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, update sales activities, and manage inventory control effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and phone etiquette.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or B2B sales with a focus on high-end or passenger vehicles.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems or similar tools.
Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, and dealership operations is preferred.
Outbound sales experience including cold calling and lead generation techniques.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship building and public speaking capabilities.
