Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager (Snacks Manufacturing Plant) to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and optimize processes to meet quality and efficiency goals. Your leadership will drive teamwork, uphold manufacturing excellence, and foster a safe working environment where every team member can thrive. Duties

Supervise daily production operations, ensuring all activities align with safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
Coordinate and schedule production workflows to maximize efficiency while maintaining high-quality output.
Enforce strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and heavy lifting procedures, to protect team members.
Monitor equipment performance; troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Lead, motivate, and develop production teams through effective communication, training, and performance management.
Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce compliance with safety standards in production areas, and address hazards immediately.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing environments with strong mechanical knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to manage production teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and heavy lifting techniques.
Familiarity with GMP regulations and maintaining compliance within manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues swiftly.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for recordkeeping and reporting.
Ability to work physically demanding shifts that may involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
