** We are a Phoenix office that services all of the valley**

As a member of our team, we can offer you:

**PAID ORIENTATION** 4 hour orientation on Wednesdays 10 AM- 2PM

You must attend orientation to be a caregiver. Orientation will be paid out on your first paycheck, upon completion of your first shift.

*48 (or more with approval) hours of work per week

*Flexible scheduling – 8 and 12 hour shifts, Day and night shifts, weekends, Part Time, PRN, short shifts, Live In

*Dedicated scheduling coordinators to support you

*24 / 7 on call support

*Paid Training

*Paid Sick Leave

*Employer paid payroll taxes

*AAA Paid Annual Membership (Flat tire assistance, dead battery, etc)

Duties may include attendant care, activities of daily living, and personal care, such as; assisting with grooming and toileting, meal preparation and feeding, engaging clients in activities, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Caregiver Qualifications:

Must have 1 Year of experience as a caregiver/home health aide
Must have a driver's license and valid insurance
Able to work an average of 20-40 hours per week
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass a criminal background
Must pass Pre-Employment drug screening
First Aid / CPR / AED
Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card
TB negative screening result
Weekend work is required

Caregiver Responsibilities:

ADL and IADL care and support
Light housekeeping
Menu planning and meal preparation
Laundry and linen change
Transportation/shopping
Bathing and dressing assistance
Safety and companionship

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 48 per week
