Description

At Tooth Kids LLC, we are dedicated to providing quality dental care for children in a fun and friendly environment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Job Overview:**

As an Insurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of insurance claims and payments for our young patients. You will work closely with our administrative team to verify insurance coverage, submit claims, and resolve any billing issues that may arise.

**Responsibilities:**

Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for pediatric patients
Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
Follow up on outstanding claims and denials
Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues related to pediatric dental care
Assist parents and guardians with understanding their child's insurance benefits and coverage
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records for children
Collaborate with the billing department to ensure proper billing practices are followed for pediatric dental services

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in dental insurance coordination preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with insurance billing software
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Wage for this position ranges from $17.5 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience.
