Forward Tilt is looking for a Project Manager who is ready to own the field. This is your chance to join a company where your ability to coordinate complex logistics, lead installation crews, and deliver exceptional client experiences will be recognized and rewarded.

What You’ll Do

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every furniture installation project—from initial logistics planning through final client sign-off. You will:

Champion a positive, memorable client experience and reinforce Forward Tilt’s culture of delivering the best experiences clients have ever had.
Plan and coordinate all phases of furniture installation projects, including scheduling, logistics, and site preparation.
Manage and direct field installation crews, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to Forward Tilt’s quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery and installation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Communicate proactively with the internal Sales team regarding project status, ship dates, punch list items, and any on-site issues.
Inspect delivered product against purchase orders and packing lists; document and resolve discrepancies with vendors and the internal team.
Identify punch list items during and after installation; coordinate timely resolution with vendors, technicians, and the client.
Ensure installation crews follow safety protocols, company standards, and site-specific access requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation including field notes, completion sign-offs, and photo records for each job.
Coordinate with Marketing and Project Management to schedule site photography and drone capture for dedicated accounts.
Provide post-installation support and follow-through to ensure full client satisfaction before project close-out.

What You Bring

Direct experience with commercial/office furniture installation and project management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to drive a company vehicle when required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work safely in a variety of site environments.
Prior experience with systems furniture, case goods, and wall-hung systems is a strong plus.
