Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our restaurant team as a Restaurant Staff member. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a casual dining environment
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
- Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system
- Work effectively during shift management to ensure seamless service
- Participate in kitchen management and food preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Manage quick service and fast food restaurant operations efficiently
- Take initiative to learn and adapt to new menu items, procedures, and promotions

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in casual dining or quick service
- Experience in kitchen management and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Proven skills in cash handling and shift management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects

Skills

- Knowledge of food industry and kitchen management
- Ability to manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system
- Proficiency in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Experience in casual dining or quick service environments
