Job Description:

California Pools and Landscape is offering exciting opportunities within our Service and Warranty Department. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a Service and Warranty Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, monitoring service and warranty progress, and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally. You will function as a bridge between our valued customers and various departments within the organization, facilitating efficient service and warranty delivery. Professional appearance, excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers, actively listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely and accurate responses.

· Educate clients about our company's products, services, and current offers to meet their needs effectively.

· Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments for seamless service delivery.

· Efficiently schedule and route Service Technicians daily to maximize productivity.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues over the phone or through email to provide initial support.

· Place equipment or parts orders as required to ensure timely completion of service tasks.

· Collaborate with Manufacturers and their representatives for product information and warranty compliance/reimbursement.

· Address customer complaints and resolve grievances with a patient and problem-solving approach.

· Maintain detailed customer records and transactions using the CPL CRM data input system.

· Act as a customer relationship manager to foster strong, positive relationships with our clients.

· Serve as a liaison between customers and different departments within the organization for effective communication.

· Strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

· Maintain a professional appearance and exemplify a strong work ethic.

· Perform equipment replacements, including motors, lights, and other pool-related systems.

· Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective email communication.

· Work independently and in an organized manner to manage assigned tasks efficiently.

· Utilize customer service experience to ensure a positive experience for clients.

Requirements:

· Proven experience and knowledge of swimming pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, controllers, sanitizing systems, and plumbing.

· Excellent critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality results.

· Effective communication skills to provide professional orientations and interact with clients.
