Full Job Description

JMG is America’s #1 Real Estate Team based in Scottsdale, AZ. We have over 900 agents that we support and we’re partnered with powerhouse companies like Zillow and Veterans United. The office is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creativity and innovation thrive.

We are seeking a Transaction Processor, who is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing the closings of Real Estate Transactions.

This position is required to work in-office at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ.

What You'll Do

As the Transaction Processor at JMG, you'll be responsible for:

Assist the VP of Processing Division with new tasks as requested.
Data Management.
Efficiently and accurately process closings for Real Estate Transactions.
Conduct general file auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide QuickBooks coding and support.
Ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
Agent & Reporting Support.
Offer support including handling reimbursements and addressing queries.
Prepare and present comprehensive weekly reports to managers, highlighting key operational metrics and insights.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in data entry and general office administration.
Familiarity with financial processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Knowledge of CRM databases preferred.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communications and customer service background.

Education/ Experience:

High School Diploma
At least 2 years working knowledge of real estate transaction processing, required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
