Full Job Description

Bingham Restoration is a fast-growing restoration company proudly serving the Phoenix area, and we’re looking for a motivated WATER DAMAGE INSPECTOR. We value integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic—and we reward those who bring their best every day.

While we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of restoration experience and IICRC certifications in WTR, ASD, or AMRT, we’re willing to train and certify the right person. If you’re hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to serving customers with excellence, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

This role involves all aspects of water, fire, mold, sewage, board-up, and cleaning projects under the guidance of our Branch Manager. We’re looking for dependable people who show up on time, take pride in their work, and represent Bingham Restoration with professionalism in the field.

Job Duties

Inspect properties and guide customers through the water damage restoration process
Conduct inspections in customers homes and address any concerns
Supervise and guide restoration technicians on job sites
Communicate effectively with customers and provide expert recommendations
Perform water extraction, demolition, and content manipulation
Safely handle and maintain restoration equipment
Place, monitor, and remove drying equipment as needed
Collect on-site data, photos, and job documentation using company software
Participate in on-call and weekend rotation schedules
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization
Follow all safety protocols and proper PPE procedures
Other duties as assigned to support the team

Qualifications

SALES EXPERIENCE
Strong reliability and punctuality
Positive attitude and ability to work well with clients, co-workers, and vendors
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and restoration software
Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
Previous construction or restoration experience is highly valued
Ability to lead a crew and ensure productivity in the field
Must be willing to participate in after-hours and weekend rotations

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $23-$25 per hour (DOE)
Weekly pay
Bonus opportunities + commission eligibility
Company vehicle provided (for field work)

Schedule

Monday – Friday
On-call rotations
Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person – MESA, AZ
